He is an approved Business Valuer President of Association of Certified Fraud Examiner, India Chapter.

Indra Bansal, B.Sc., FCA She has been in public accounting practice since 1977. She is a Taxation Expert and providing consultancy in tax planning for corporate bodies, international tax laws, joint ventures, collaborations and is an approved security and share valuer.

Rajinder Sharma, B.Com.FCA, Joined the firm in the year 1993. His forte in Tax Planning, Accounts and Finance and audit for Small and Medium Enterprises, and Public Sector Companies and Bank Audits, NBFC and Stock Broking Firms.

D.S.Rawat, B.Com (Hons) FCA, He is a Senior Chartered Accountant and is having 23 years audit experience with wide knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards and Audit Procedures, IFRS, and US GAAP. He has written books on Accounting Standards and is involved in guiding the Institute on auditing matters for the purposes of Seminars and has considerable experience in auditing of large Enterprises, Public Sector Undertakings and expertise in rendering consultancy Service and certification for Corporate Goverence, limited review and for Serban Oxley Act implementation of national and international companies. Presently he is handling audits of large companies and is well versed in Securities and Exchange Board of India guidelines and Stock Exchange listing guide lines.
